Work is still being done on the framework (the under-the-hood part) of the website.  The result will be much easier-to-build screens, and a significant increase in speed in many areas of the site.

As far as what role SIMS will play in the Bowers Rating System (including collection and compilation of the information), well... it is still unknown at this time. Stay tuned for further updates.  Feel free to ask quesitons and send comments (preferrably in the "Feedback" section).
