| The window below illustrates how a rater might go about entering a player's rating. The windows to the right are identical to those in the "Ratings Viewer" section, allowing the rater to quickly locate the player, as well as view the player's photo and historical information. Not shown is a window that could include the player's performance in past tournaments. | |

| NOTE: As in the case of the "Ratings Viewer" a web version as well as a "one computer" version of these windows could exist. In other words, raters could enter their ID/Password and enter this information online, hit the SUBMIT button, and have their information automatically entered into the database on the Bowers' server machine. Alternatively, a rater without computer access could send in his/her ratings, and the Bowers' committee data entry person could enter the rating in the same fashion. |
