The 133 Club in Manteca, CA held its 3rd annual Presidents' Day tournament. There were 3 events including an ABC, amateur doubles, and open singles. In 1st place in the ABC was the team of Steve Perry, Bob Crum, and Chuck Corcoran. Nick Chaffin, J.R. Noel, and Rich Porter took 2nd place, while Eddie Brayman, Art Eliff, and George Goldsmith finished 3rd. In the amateur doubles 1st place went to Jimmy Olson and Pete Craven, 2nd to J.R. Noel and Virgil Jones, and 3rd to Chuck Corcoran and Lorraine Bingham. The 1st place winner of the open singles was (surprise, surprise) Darrol Nelson. 2nd place went to Nick Chaffin, and 3rd place went to Steve Perry.
