OnSight (Sharevision Videophone)
OnSight allows you to see and hear another party via normal POTS connection. The product was developed before the commonplace usage of the internet, and relied on Sharevision's audio and video hardware.
OnSight provides resizeable video windows to view yourself and the party you are communicating with. Frame rates ranged from 5-10 frames per second.
Connecting: The onscreen phone and address book.
Whiteboard: The shared whiteboard allows both parties to work on a document simultaneously. OnSight also supports sharing of virtually all other applications, including spread sheets, word processors, and games.
Answering Machine: Users are able to set up a video answering machine. If you're not there when your party calls, a voice, video, and graphic message is viewed by the caller.
